Primary kinfolk double eliminated is sometimes called a 2nd kinfolk a single time taken out. This kind of ancestral relationship shows that there are two ages or steps separating them. For example, if your ancestor and your cousin's grandparent are siblings, then you would be counted as initial relatives twice eliminated.
